What a weekend!!

We had a long weekend over Labor Day visiting our family in Sinton. Grampa, who's currently in the nursing home there, Gramma, Pawpaw (Dave's Dad), Grammy (Dave's Mom), Uncle Chris, Aunt Brenda, Great-Great Aunt Edith, Great-Great Uncle Marvin, Great-Great Aunt Clara Jo and many special friends all got to meet Jillian and see Jayna. It was a fun weekend!!

We made it a relaxing weekend where we weren't so busy moving and traveling so that Jillian could relax and stay on schedule. Grampa and Gramma sure loved seeing and holding Jillian and loved being entertained by Jayna.

We loved being there, but we're glad to be home. Making an 8-hour trip with a 2 1/2-year old and a 5 week old is hardly what we'd call "fun." But we're so thankful we made the trip and had a blast while we were there!!
